PM Competency

Project Management competency comprises knowledge skills and experience acted upon by personal characteristics and attitudes. While certification e.g. PMP or IPMA at level D / C helps in meeting largely the knowledge part , additional inputs are required in order to develop competent project management professionals and achieve success in projects .

Xtraplus can help in formulating the framework and roadmap for improving the competency for project management professionals. These will be based on current standards prevalent in industry for e.g. PMCDF or the Project Management Competency Development Framework from PMI, those specified by AIPM and now recently by
